1 and 1/2 cubed bread--whole wheat
3 and 3/4 cubed white bread
1 pound ground sausage or turkey sausage
1 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
2 and 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
1 and 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 golden delicious apple chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup mince parsley
1 cup cooked turkey liver finely chopped
3/4 cup turkey (or chicken stock)
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Toast bread crumbs for 5 to 7 minutes until toasted--move to large bowl.

Brown sausage and onion. Add celery, sage, rosemary,and thyme. Stir for 2 minutes to blend. Pour sausage mixture over bread cubes. Mix in chopped apples,cranberries, parsley and liver. Drizzle with turkey stock and melted butter and mix lightly. Spoon into turkey to loosely fill.
