3 c milk
4 eggs
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
¼ tsp salt

In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil and salt. Beat until blended. Heat a greased skillet. Remove from heat. Spoon in 2 tbsp batter and lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat, brown
