1 box Barilla lasagne
4 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 onion
1 pound Italian sausage
1/2 c. white wine
2 (24 oz. ) jars barilla marinara sauce, divided.
1 15oz. ricotta cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmigiana - Reggiano cheese. ( reserve 1 T. For top ).
salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375.
Cook pasta according to directions. - drain and set aside.

2. sauté onion with 4 T. Olive oil until translucent ( about 5 min. ).
add sausage , salt, pepper.
Brown well until crumbly.

3.add wine and continue cooking until liquid has reduced by half.

4.add one 24oz. jar of sauce to sausage mixture. Bring to a boil.

5.spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour 1 c. Sauce on the bottom.

6. cover with 4 sheets of lasagne, top with 1 c. Sausage mixture, 1/2 c. ricotta and 2 T. Parmigiana cheese.
Repeat 2 more times.

7. Pour remaking sauce and rest of parmigiana cheese. add mozzarella cheese.
Cover with tin foil. Bake 25 min.

8,uncover and bake 5 min.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
