1/2 cup instant cocoa mix
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups non-instant or 2 3/4 cups instant dry milk

Directions:

Combine and store in covered jar or can.

For one serving use about 3 T of mix to one cup hot or cold water. To mix, add about 1/3 cup of water and stir to a paste, then add remaining water.
