¼ C. butter
½ C. sugar
3 eggs
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 pint sour cream
1 C. raisins
⅓ C. maraschino cherries
3 C. cooked rice
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowel cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1½ quart casserole dish. Bake 350º for 45 to 50 minutes.
