2½ C. seasoned croutons
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 lb. bacon, browned and drained ( i like bacon ends, cooked and extra crispy)
7 eggs
3 cups milk
½ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the night before. Place in 9 by 13 baking dish, cover and refrigerate. In the morning blend together 1 can of cream of soup (chicken, celery, mushroom, whatever your favorite is) and ½ cup milk. Pour over brunch. Bake at 300º for 1½ hours.
