3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. flour
2 T. lemon extract
¾ c. 7-Up©


Glaze:
1 c. powder sugar
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 T. grated orange peel
3- 4 T. orange juice
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream together butter and sugar for 20 minutes.
2. Add eggs 1 at a time.
3. Beat in flour and lemon extract.
4. Fold in 7-Up©.
5. Pour into well greased and floured 12 cup bundt pan.
6. Bake at 325º for 1 to 1¼ hours.
7. Let cool for about 15 minutes then remove from pan.
8. Mix together all ingredients for the glaze. Pour over cooled cake.
