1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 lb Hot Sausage
pinch of sage to taste
salt & pepper to taste
1 Onion, diced
1/2 Green Pepper, diced
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Cup Milk
Tomato Ketchup to taste
Dry Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & place in load pan or form into a loaf & place on sheet pan. Top with Ketchup to Heinz Chili Sauce.

Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 55 minutes. Let the meatloaf rest about 10 minutes before slicing.

Personally I've never liked meatloaf but this topped with the Heinz chili sauce isn't bad. I'd also add some Worcestershire sauce to the mixture before baking.
