1 package blueberry muffin mix
½ cup sour cream
1 egg
¼ cup milk
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
⅓ cup flour
¼ cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan. Drain and rinse blueberries. Mix sour cream and egg, stir in milk gradually. Stir in muffin mix just till moistened. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with blueberries. Make a streusel mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and butter. Top batter and berries with this and bake for 25-30 minutes.
