1 - 4 - 5# brisket
Liquid smoke
Dry mustard
Garlic powder
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 - 36 oz. bottle catsup
2/3 T. Worchestershire sauce
3 shakes Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle brisket with liquid smoke, dry mustard and garlic powder. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Add brown sugar, catsup, Worchestershire sauce and tabasco sauce. Wrap.

Bake 5 hours at 250º.
