1 pound swordfish steaks (about 1 inch thick; may substitute tuna)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried rosemary
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. paprika
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
olive oil flavored cooking spray
optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley & lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Spray both sides of swordfish steaks with olive oil cooking spray. Grind rosemary and oregano and combine with salt, thyme, oregano, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper. Evenly sprinkle or rub both sides of swordfish with seasoning mix.

Spray broiler pan with cooking spray. Place the swordfish steaks on the broiler pan and place in oven 3-4 inches from the heat source. Broil on high for 4-5 minutes. Turn fish over and broil 4-5 minutes on second side. Fish is done when internal temperature is 145º or fish is opaque and flakes easily.

Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley if desired.
