2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. size cool whip
Graham crackers

Icing:
2 oz. German Chocolate
3 T. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 T milk
2 t light corn syrup
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9 x 13 pan. Line with graham crackers left whole. Mix pudding, milk and cool whip. Spread 1/2 of this mix over graham crackers. Put another layer of crackers, then remaining pudding mix. Put another layer of crackers on top of this. Top with icing.

Icing:
Mellt German Chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar, milk, and corn syrup and vanilla. Beat together and spoon over top. Refrigerate cake covered for 2 days. Crackers will absorb liquid and it will be like a cake.
