1 roll refrigerator sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. orange or apricot marmalade
1 T. water
Fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, pineapple. mandarin oranges, cherry pie filling, melon balls)

Directions:

Cut cookie dough in 1/8 in. slices. Grease Well and line 14 in pizza pan with overlapping slices of cookie dough. Bake at 375º for 12 minutes or until brown. Cool.

Cream sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla and spread in cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top. Mix marmalade and water and pour over fruit.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
