1 c. chopped fresh or frozen rhubarb
3/4 c. water
1 - 3 oz. pkg. Strawberry gelatin
1/3 c. sugar
1 T strawberry jam
1 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple - juicy
1 med. tart apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat bring rhubarb and water to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender.

Add gelatin, sugar, and jam. Stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple. Chill until partially set. Stir in apple and walnuts (optional).

Chill until set in a pretty bowl or 1/2 c. molds.
