2 pounds (or bunches) asparagus
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.

Prepare the asparagus by breaking off the tough ends- asparagus will automatically break where the stalk begins to get tough. Place asparagus in large bowl. Spray generously with the olive oil cooking spray. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Spray a foil covered cookie sheet with the non-stick spray. Place asparagus on the sheet in a single layer.

Roast approximately 12 to 15 minutes, until just tender.

Sprinkle with lemon juice once out of the oven.
