Cake Recipe

2 Cups Plain Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
1 Tsp Soda
2 Sticks Butter/Margarine
1 Cup of Water
3 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat Oven to 350º

In large mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar & salt together & set aside.

In smaller bowl, beat eggs, buttermilk & soda together & set aside.

In a medium sauce pan, add butter, water & cocoa together & bring to a boil.

Pour cocoa mixture to the flour mixture & stir. Then add egg mixture & beat well.

Pour cake batter into a 18 x 13 sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes

1 Stick Butter/Margarine
3 Tbsp Cocoa
6 Tbsp Regular Milk
1 Lb Powder Sugar (3 3/4 cups)
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, cocoa & milk in a medium sauce pan & heat on low till it comes to a boil. Then remove from heat & add in powder sugar & vanilla. Mix until smooth then pour over hot cake.
