3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp baking soda
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cups water
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Whip together sugar, oil, eggs. Add water and dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in pumpkin. Pour into 2 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350º

Check after 55 min for doneness
Cool in pan

For mini bread pans, reduce temperature by 25 degrees and bake for 25 min
