2-3 Pounds of Pork Tenderloin
1-2 ciups red wine
salt
pepper
garlic powder
1/2 onion sliced
1 stalk sliced celery
sauted nushrooms
1-2 pacckages of brown gravey mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork tenderloin to brown. Put into 9X13 dish and pour the red wine over the meat.
Season with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add onion and celery.
Place dish in 350 oven and bake for 35-45 minutes (Do not overcook)
Place meat on serving platter and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing
Add 1-2 pkg of gravy mix to wine in dish and stir until thickened
Add mushrooms if desired

Serve with rice, noodles, or potatoes. The gravy is delicious so I would do the 2 cups of wine.
