Purchace 4 lb or more of Sirloin tip roast. Add to crockpot.
Add one jar of pepperocini peppers and the juice.
Sprinkle with one package of dry Italian dressing.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or more.
Take roast out of the pot and slice thin. It usually does not shred.
Return to juice and keep warm to serve.
Serve on buns.

Use the whole peppers if you need to remove then for Brian and Nick. I usually use the sliced ones.

This is a great recipe for Thanksgiving dinner while traveling in Arizona.
