4c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar 4c. buttermilk
4 TBSP flour 1/2. vegetable oil
2 tbsp baking power 2 lg. egg
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 425. Grease a 2 9 inch square pans. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, oil, and egg until blended. Then stir into cornmeal mixture just until moistened. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
