1 c. flour
4 c. water
4 c. chicken broth
2 onions, sliced
1 leek, white part only, minced
1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
1 c. heavy cream
4 T. chervil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour with 1 c. water until smooth. Place flour mixture In large pan, remaining water, chicken broth, onions, leek and cauliflower. Bring to boil and simmer slowly for 1 1/2 hours. Place in blender and puree. Add cream, salt and pepper to taste. Return to saucepan and heat. Add the chervil.
