5 1/2 c. milk
1 - 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli or 1 1/2 c fresh
3 T. onion, chopped
2 T. butter
1 T. flour
2 c. swiss cheese, grated
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk until simmering. Cook broccoli and onions in milk until tender. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour. Add butter-flour mixture to milk. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add grated cheese and salt. Stil until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
