12 eggs
1 lb. breakfast sausage ( prefer the hot )
1 tsp. dried minced onion
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 ½ c. shredded cheddar
¼ c. milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Cook sausage and minced onion in a skillet breaking up into small pieces. Drain. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, butter, milk, cheese, and sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 13x9. Bake 30-40 minutes till eggs are set.
