Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups shelled hemp seeds
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend seeds and water in blender or food processor until well mixed and smooth. Pour mixture into pot and cover partially with a lid. Bring to a boil. After reaching a boil, turn heat down to medium/low, stirring constantly for 4 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 15 minutes.

Line colander with cheese cloth. Place mixture inside and squeeze as much liquid as possible from it. If available, place strained mixture in a tofu press.

If no press is available, place cheese cloth-wrapped tofu on a plate, topped with another plate. To create a press, add weight to top plate to force excess moisture from the tofu. Anticipate moisture and place this setup inside another shallow dish.

Refrigerate.
