Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 salmon fillets
½ cup Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 or 3 garlic cloves, minced
1 small chunk ginger, finely chopped
black pepper
non-stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Combine Bragg, garlic, ginger and pepper and mix together well. Place salmon fillets in shallow dish and cover with mixture. Marinate fish no more than 30 minutes- any longer and the salmon gets too salty.

Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place marinated salmon skin-side down on foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Check at 15 minutes - best to have salmon just done, as it continues to cook when removed from the oven.
