8 Chix Thighs
10 Garlic Cloves chopped
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Allspice ground
1/2 tsp Nutmeg ground
1/4 tsp Green cardamom
1 Red Onion Quartered
2 Lemons Juiced
5 tbsp EVOO

Gurt Sauce
1 Garlic clove chopped
1 cup Fresh Dill chopped
1 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp EVOO
1/2 Lemon Juiced
Pinch of Cayenne
Salt & Pepper

Directions:

Set aside the onion and chicken

Mix together remaining ingredients.

Marinate chicken for 6 hours.

Grill chicken and onion.

Mix together "The Gurt" sauce and serve together with pita.

Top with some cucumber and tomatoes. Nicely charred chicken with great flavor. The gurt is nice and creamy. Wrap it up and shove it in your face. Yum.

"The Gurt" also goes well on Kofta or anything to be honest.
