3 (28 oz.) cans Italian Plum Tomatoes, whole or crushed
½ c. Olive Oil
6 Garlic cloves, lightly smashed
1 tbsp. Kosher Salt
¼ c. fresh Basil
1 teas. Black Pepper
¼ teas. Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
If you are using whole tomatoes, crush, discarding any cores.
Heat oil and add garlic for about 2 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and boil for approx. 1 hour.
Taste and add more salt as needed.
