2 bags of frozen broccoli
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
2 cups of shredded Velveeta cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
1/2 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender but still bright green. Combine with soup, Miracle Whip, and cheese. Pour into greased 11 x 8 baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and butter. Bake at 400º for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
