1 lb. Italian sausage
3-4 colored peppers
2-3 potatoes (cubed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut italian sausage into chunks and sauté. Take out of pan. Sauté peppers in pan. Take out of pan and place with sausage. Sauté cubed potatoes. Combine sausage, peppers and potatoes into pan. Heat up and serve.
