1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. chopped dates
1 1/4 c. rice krispies
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg, sugar and dates. Cook slowly in a skillet until thick. Remove from heat and add rice krispies, nuts, vanilla and salt. When cool roll into balls and roll in coconut. If not quite stiff enough, add a few more krispies or coconut or both.
