1 cup rolled oats
1 cup yogurt
½ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup cranberries (chopped in half) (or blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak oats in yogurt. Add in oil sugar and egg. Beat well. Sift in flour salt, baking soda and baking powder. Before stirring, sprinkle cranberries over flour mixture. Stir to blend. Fill muffin cups. Baked at 400ºF for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
