Sirloin Steak
Garlic Salt
Onion Salt
2 cans beef consumme soup
1/4 c. burgundy or sherry
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. flour

Minute Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into cubes. Steam steak in skillet. Use water or Pam in skillet. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer one hour. Mix 1/4 water and 2 T. flour. Thicken gravy and serve over Minute Rice.

Personal Notes:
Tim and Betty began using beef stew meat in lieu of the steak. Very good and much easier than cutting the steak up. Also, we use garlic and onion powders instead of the salts.
