2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. Crisco
5 T. cocoa powder
1 c. water
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs


Glaze:
4 T. cocoa powder
1/2 stick oleo
6 T. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 T. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour in large mixer bowl.

In a saucepan put oleo, crisco, cocoa powder and water. Bring to a boil. Pour this mixture over sugar and flour and mix well. Add baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla. Add buttermilk and eggs to baking soda mixture. Mix all together. Bake 400º for 20-25 minutes in sheet pan.

Glaze:
Bring to boil oleo, cocoa powder and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth and shiny and pour over warm cake.
