4 medium size potatoes
1/2 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
Steak sauce
1 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Dredge steak in flour and brown in 2 T fat. Slice potatoes and add salt, pepper and steak sauce. Pour milk over this and simmer for half hour.
