Barbecue sauce
onion salt
brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle garlic salt on one side of brisket cover with barbecue sauce. Sprinkle with onion salt on other side and cover it with barbecue sauce. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a slow oven for about 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 hours. 300º. (Use Dull side out on foil.)
