2 - 3 oz. boxes orange jello
2 c. hot water
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Pinch of salt
1 - 12 oz. can apricot nectar
1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions:
Directions:
Set aside 1/2 c. pineapple juice and 1/2 c. nectar for topping. Dissolve jello in hot water. Stir in marshmallows until melted, add pinch of salt. Add 1 1/4 c. apricot nectar and pineapple. Pour into 2 qt. pan and let set. Spread topping on top.
