2 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 10 oz.cans Alphabet vegetable/vegetarian soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion,salt and pepper. Drain. Add soup. Can rinse out cans with water. Helps to prevent sticking.Cook thoroughly. Serve.

This was a recipe from my Girl Scout days. My mother made this recipe when we camped and usually served on the first night. One pot,easy clean up.
