2 14.5 oz cans kidney beans
1 medium onion, diced
Olive oil
1 inch fresh ginger, finely chopped
2 T. minced ginger
3-4 chopped tomatoes
1½ tsp. red chili
¾ tsp. salt
¾ tsp. tumeric
Fresh chopped cilantro
1 c. yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.
Add garlic and ginger. Saute 2-3 minutes.
Add kidney beans and chopped tomatoes.
Mix chili, salt and tumeric in water and add to pan.

Cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Add water as needed to keep saucy.
Add cilantro at end.
Serve over rice with yogurt on side.
