4-6 fish fillets
½ - 1 lb. cherry or grape tomatoes
Olive oil
4-6 T. olive tampanade
2 T. pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Lay cherry or plum tomatoes, sliced, and sliced green onion on baking sheet.
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Lay fish fillets over veggies.
Slather each fish fillet with olive tampenade.
Place dish in oven.
Roast 10-12 min (20-30 min if in glass dish) till tomatoes are soft and flesh of fish flakes with gentle pressure from finger.
Sprinkle with 2 Tblsp toasted pine nuts.

Serve with couscous or rice.
