4 fish fillets
Panko bread crumbs
Grated parmesan cheese, as desired
Red pepper flakes, as desired
Oregano, as desired
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Pound fish into 4 flat pieces (I usually use tilapia).
Soak in beaten egg.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Saute in olive oil.
If slightly thicker, finish off in 350º oven for 5-7 minutes.
