Crust
½ cup butter
1⅓ cup flour
2 tbsp. sugar
½ cup pecans or walnuts
Mix flour, butter, and nuts and place in 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Check often as edges should be a little brown.

Filling
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
2½ cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
13 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ½ of the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Beat 2 pkgs. pistachio pudding with milk. Pour over cheese layer. Frost with the rest of the Cool Whip.
