12 - 18 graham crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, sugar, milk and egg in saucepan. Bring slowly to a boil and remove from heat and add coconut, chopped nuts and graham cracker crumbs.

Cool to lukewarm, then spread on crackers and press another layer on top. Ice with a thin icing of your choice. Pastel tinted icings look nice. May be decorated also. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut into small bars.
