1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:

Boil first 3 ingredients together, add 1 cup four (stir slowly) Stir into ball. Remove from heat and stir in 1 egg and beat. Repeat 4 times until 4 eggs have been added (1 at a time)




Have oven heated at 400º to 425º, place batter by spoonfuls 1 1/2 inches a part. Place on middle shelf in oven vent 1/4 open (oven door). Do not open door for 35 minutes take out place on rack and cool. Slit and fill with cream custard or ice cream.
