Crust:
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 ½ cup gingersnaps crushed

Filling:
2 - 8 ounce cream cheese softened
⅔ cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 - 4 ounce pumpkin (not pie filling)
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. ginger
½ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in crumbs. Press into ungreased 9x9 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes in 350ºF oven.

Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar together well. Add egg 1 at a time beating after each addition. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake in 350ºF oven for about 50-60 minutes or until firm. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Serves 12
