2/3 cup poppy seeds
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups oil
1 1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
5 teaspoons baking powder
Zest from 2 oranges

Directions:

Soak poppy seeds in water for 1 hour. Drain.

Preheat oven to 325º. Grease muffin tins or line with paper.

Combine ingredients. Bake in prepared muffin tins for approximately 25 minutes.
