1/2 cup Parmesan
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
2 lbs tilapia fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Grease broiling pan or line with aluminum foil. In small bowl mix Parmesan cheese, butter, mayo and lemon juice. Season with basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Arrange fillets in single layer in pan. Broil few inches from heat 2 - 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil couple minutes. Remove fillets and cover with the Parmesan cheese mixture on top side. Broil 2 more minutes or till topping browned and fish easily flakes. Do not over cook.
