2 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
2 T. minced onion
1 egg
2 T. bacon drippings
Creole seasoning to taste
2 T. baking powder
milk
deep fat for frying
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingred with enough milk to make a thick mixture.
Wet hands and roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.or drop by tsp.fuls into hot fat.
Let brown Drain on paper towels
