2 c. creamed corn
2 eggs
2 T. cream
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. white sugar
1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 c. milk
2 1/2 t. butter or oleo
pepper, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Put a few cracker crumbs in a buttered baking dish and then add a layer of the corn, egg, cream and sugar mixture. Add layers of finely crushed crackers crumbs and corn mixture, leaving a layer of crumbs on top. Add a small amount of butter. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for about 30 minutes.
