1 pound ground turkey
1 tbsp. Irish oatmeal
⅛ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. celery flakes
⅛ tsp. ginger
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. plain, nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. Irish oatmeal, for topping
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine turkey, 1/3 cup oatmeal, pepper, celery flakes and ginger in a mixing bowl. Mix well and form into a loaf. Spray cookie sheet generously with cooking spray and put loaf on it. Spread yogurt over loaf, then top with remaining oatmeal and paprika.

Bake at 350° for about an hour or until inside is browned.
