Cookie Dough:

2 Packages Devil's Food Cake Mix
1/4-1/2 Cup Flour (if needed)
4 Eggs
2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil

Frosting:
1 Package Philly Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Box Powdered Sugar (3-4 cups)
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Food Coloring (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cake mix, eggs, and oil. Batter will be stiff. If it's not stiff and seems gooey, add 1/4-1/2 cup flour. Roll into little balls. Place on cookie sheets; flatten a little with a glass with sugar on bottom. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350.

Cool Completely.

Mix frosting ingredients and put frosting between 2 cookies.

I have started having to add flour. The recipe originally just called for the cake mix. However, the last few times we've made these the dough wasn't stiff enough. Adding a bit of flour helps this. Start with 1/8-1/4 and go from there.
